Shiitake & Sunflower Pâté

Ingredients:

1 punnet of fresh shiitake mushroms (approx. 8 mushrooms)

3 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds

2 cloves garlic

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Dash tamari

Pinch salt and black pepper

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and whizz together until smooth.

Serve with freshly chopped raw vegetable sticks.
